Located on the shores of Lake Ontario, this stunning home was in need of a total interior demolition and redesign. This modern home boasts clean lines, expansive windows, and an undeniable sleekness brought out by the stunning floors. In order to achieve a seamless flow with the porcelain floors throughout, the grained porcelain was laid to resemble full slabs with natural veins moving from one end of the room to the other.
To keep within the client's six week time frame, all materials, millwork and fixtures were ordered well in advance of construction, resulting in continuous execution of the project from inception to occupancy.
